Which cable do I need for the full 240Hz?
Use DisplayPort. The HDMI 2.0 inputs top out below the panel's maximum refresh rate, so a DisplayPort 1.4 cable into your GPU is what unlocks 240Hz at 2560 × 1440. A DisplayPort cable is included in the box.
Should I worry about burn-in?
Modern QD-OLED panels ship with protection running in the background — pixel shifting, logo dimming and a periodic panel refresh cycle. Leave those enabled, hide the taskbar and set a short screen timeout, and normal mixed use is fine. The panel carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
Will it work with a PS5 or Xbox Series X?
Yes. Both connect over HDMI and the monitor is console-ready at 1440p with Adaptive Sync support. Note that the HDMI ports here are 2.0 rather than 2.1, so console refresh rates are capped below the 240Hz the DisplayPort input delivers.
Is 250 nits bright enough?
For a normally lit room, yes — OLED contrast makes the image read as far punchier than the number suggests, because the black point sits at zero. Highlights in HDR content peak much higher than the full-screen figure. If your desk faces direct sunlight all day, a bright LCD is the more practical choice.
What GPU should I pair with it?
To actually see 240Hz in competitive titles at 1440p, plan on an RTX 5070 / RX 9070 class card or better. For single-player games at high settings you'll land closer to 100–144 fps, which Adaptive Sync handles cleanly. Message us and we'll spec the rest of the build around it.
Does it come with a wall mount?
It ships with the height-adjustable stand. The rear takes a standard 100 × 100 mm VESA pattern, so any arm or wall bracket in that spec will fit — we stock those separately.
