5. POLICY DURING SALES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
EliteHubs’ terms specifically state that sale policies may include quantity restrictions, reseller restrictions, and cancellation restrictions during special offers, and this is a useful structure for StudBudPC as well. During flash sales, promotional campaigns, launch offers, limited stock drops, festive sales, or special discount events, StudBudPC may impose quantity limits per customer, address, phone number, payment account, or household.
Orders placed during certain sale periods may be treated as final and may not be eligible for cancellation except where cancellation is required by law or approved by Us at Our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to misuse sale benefits, quantity limits, or promotional rules, and any refund in such cases may be subject to deduction of actual payment gateway or transaction charges where applicable and permitted.
6. OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, out of stock, discontinued, or non-fulfillable after the order is placed, StudBudPC may cancel the order fully or partially. In such a case, the customer will be informed and any eligible refund for the unavailable item will be initiated in accordance with the Refund Policy.
In some cases, We may offer an alternative product, waiting period, revised fulfillment timeline, or partial fulfillment option depending on availability and customer preference. Final dispatch remains subject to stock confirmation and operational readiness.
7. ORDERS, DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders placed on the website are subject to review and acceptance by StudBudPC. An order is not considered finally accepted merely because payment has been made or an order confirmation message has been generated.
EliteHubs states ideal dispatch times of 24 to 96 hours and ideal delivery times of 1 to 7 days depending on location, and while StudBudPC may use different timelines, it is reasonable to clarify that dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative and may vary based on stock, courier operations, holidays, weather, and serviceability. Orders placed after business cut-off times may be treated as received on the next working day for processing purposes.
8. PAYMENTS
The website may offer prepaid payment methods through authorized third-party payment processors, gateways, banks, card networks, UPI channels, EMI options, or related payment partners. By making a payment, You authorize the relevant payment provider to process the transaction in accordance with its own terms and policies.
StudBudPC does not guarantee that every payment attempt will be successfully authorized, and We reserve the right to hold, review, or reject transactions flagged for risk, mismatch, verification failure, or suspected fraud. Any payment disputes, reversals, failed payments, or duplicate payments will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable payment processing timelines.
9. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
All cancellations, refunds, returns, and replacement requests are governed by the separate Refund Policy published on the website. By placing an order, You agree to those conditions, including any reporting timelines, verification requirements, evidence requirements, and exclusions that may apply.
Where required for damaged, defective, wrong-product, or missing-item claims, an uncut unboxing video and supporting photographs may be requested as part of the verification process, similar to the EliteHubs claim structure. StudBudPC reserves the right to inspect, test, verify, and determine the appropriate resolution before approving a replacement or refund.
10. WARRANTY
Product warranties, where applicable, are generally provided by the manufacturer, brand, importer, or authorized service network and not directly by StudBudPC unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and service process may differ from product to product and brand to brand.
StudBudPC may assist customers with basic guidance regarding warranty claims, but the final warranty decision normally rests with the manufacturer or authorized service center. Physical damage, liquid damage, electrical damage, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, and compatibility-related issues may not be covered under warranty depending on the brand’s terms.
11. USER REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
