This Shipping Policy explains how StudBudPC processes, dispatches, ships, and delivers orders placed on the website. By placing an order on Our website, You agree to this Shipping Policy along with Our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, Pricing Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

StudBudPC currently ships to serviceable locations within India, subject to courier partner availability and pincode coverage. Delivery to certain remote, restricted, or non-serviceable areas may not be possible, and in such cases We reserve the right to cancel or delay the order after informing the customer.

If international shipping is not available, the policy should state that clearly, because payment gateway guidance expects merchants to mention whether shipping is domestic only or international. As a clean version for now, You may use: We currently ship only within India unless otherwise specifically agreed by Us in writing.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS

StudBudPC states that it offers multiple shipping modes including surface, air, express, and one-day delivery on select products and select cities, which is a useful model if you want flexible wording for StudBudPC. Dispatch timelines shown on the website, if any, are indicative and not guaranteed unless expressly committed in writing.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

StudBudPC indicates ideal delivery timelines of approximately 1 to 7 days depending on the location in India, while standard shipping FAQ responses mention around 3 to 4 business days once dispatched in many cases. For StudBudPC, a safe and realistic version is: delivery timelines generally depend on the destination pincode, product type, courier network, and shipping method selected, and most domestic deliveries are usually completed within a few business days after dispatch.

Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather conditions, operational backlogs, regional restrictions, high order volume, public holidays, political disruptions, or other events beyond Our control. Delivery timelines are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery commitments unless specifically promised in writing.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

StudBudPC states in its FAQ that shipping is free across the range in some contexts, while also noting that additional charges may apply in some expedited or special-delivery cases. For StudBudPC, You should use whichever is true operationally, but a clean general clause is: shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

6. TRACKING OF ORDERS

7. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

StudBudPC states that the shipping address can generally be changed only if the parcel has not yet been dispatched, and this is a standard and practical condition for StudBudPC as well. Customers may request a change of shipping address only before the order is dispatched from Our facility.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, We may not be able to modify the delivery address. If the customer has entered an incorrect or incomplete address, delays, failed delivery attempts, return-to-origin events, or extra shipping costs may arise.

8. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS AND BACKORDER ITEMS

StudBudPC states that where an order contains both a readily available item and a pre-order or backorder item, the available item may be shipped first and the remaining item may be shipped later once available. StudBudPC may similarly choose to dispatch orders in full or in parts depending on stock readiness, package safety, and fulfillment practicality.

If an order includes pre-order, made-to-order, backordered, or delayed-availability items, dispatch and delivery timelines may be longer than normal. We may contact the customer with revised timelines or shipment updates in such cases.

9. DELAYED, UNDELIVERED, OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

StudBudPC is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather events, regional restrictions, force majeure events, public disturbances, inaccurate customer details, or failed delivery attempts outside Our control, which is broadly consistent with the StudBudPC shipping and terms framework. However, We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the courier partner and assist the customer in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

If a shipment is returned to origin because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, repeated failed attempts, or similar customer-side issues, reshipping may require additional charges. If the return-to-origin situation occurs due to Our error, We may reship the order without additional cost to the customer.

10. DELIVERY INSPECTION AND ISSUE REPORTING

Customers should inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible tampering, damage, missing items, wrong item, or delivery issue to Us as soon as possible. If the issue involves damage, wrong product, or dead-on-arrival condition, the customer may be asked to provide photographs and an uncut unboxing video as part of the verification process.

Claims related to shipping damage, missing contents, or wrong delivery should ideally be raised within 72 hours of delivery so that the matter can be investigated quickly with the relevant courier or warehouse records. Resolution of such issues may be subject to verification and the terms of the Refund Policy.
