Once connected, open your Elgato capture software and set audio input to "Analog Audio" instead of HDMI. On PS4/PS5, navigate to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices and set "Output to Headphones" to "All Audio." On Xbox, go to Settings > Volume & Audio Output > Additional Options and set "Party Chat Output" to "Headphones and Speakers."
